Projects include such notable projects such as Sunset + Vine, a mixed use infill development in Hollywood, CA with 100,000 sq. ft. of ground floor retail with 300 apartments on four levels above. Terra Pacific formulated and implemented all retail operations for the developer. Terra Pacific also currently manages highly visible retail buildings in Santa Monica, South Bay and San Fernando Valley. These buildings are in addition to a variety of other retail and industrial properties throughout Southern California that Terra Pacific manages for its clients.

Prior to founding the company in 1994, Calcaterra was Manager of the high profile Los Angeles regional mall, Century City Shopping Center & Marketplace. Previously he was General Manager of Long Beach Plaza, a regional shopping center based in Long Beach, CA. His earlier experiences include managing a portfolio of community and neighborhood shopping centers including such properties as Village Del Amo, Torrance CA, Plaza Hermosa, Hermosa Beach, CA, Ladera Center, Ladera Heights, CA, Park Plaza, San Pedro, CA, and Harbor Shopping Center, Costa Mesa, CA.
